Agent wrap-up time in freepbx

How to set Agent wrap-up time in FreePbx


Wrap-up time is number of second for wait before an agent take another call after he completed the call.

How to do that :

1. Login to FreePbx and go to setup menu
2. Pick up the queue menu
3. Click the queue that you want to set up the wrap time
4. Find the wrap-up time menu and it's under Timing and Agent Options and pick up your necessary time
5. Click submit and don't forget to apply the configuration
